Essential to construction, the Groundworks element of the project is critical to the long term quality of any new building.

We have a proud record of delivering our groundwork projects on time and budget, enabling the main contractor and client to accurately plan and complete the build programme.We carry out all aspects of Groundworks including foundations, concrete slabs; surface and foul water drainage, storm water attenuation and retaining structures.

A & J Services have carried out Groundworks and Civil Engineering contracts since being formed in 1992.We pride ourselves in being able to carry out the most technical and complex types of works and are able to carry out the role of Principal Contractor on management contracts, should the Client require it.
